Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 26 February 2023, the international Jeep Sprint-2023 competition was held in Aksokotasoy (Gazalkent) district of Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region.

Jeep sprint - high-speed races of participants along a specially prepared closed track. The more difficult the track, the more difficulties on the way of the riders. The unexpected can happen at any second, and then the audience becomes witnesses of a real off-road show with elements of incredible drama.

The weather was great, it was sunny and warm. The large number of participants and visitors of the event is very easy to explain - everyone missed the mud, drive and adrenaline. The track for the competition was perfectly prepared, the main route is familiar to us from previous races, but the organizers "prepared" several new holes. The off-road show gathered a lot of spectators.

Whole families came to cheer. Activists of the Pokatushki off-road movement noted that every year there are more and more participants and spectators.

The owners on the track squeezed the maximum out of their cars, without fear and without mercy to technology. The main thing is not victory, but drive and emotions.

This international competition was held in a closed area, away from public roads, the competition area was divided into 3 zones:

- indoor park for competitors

- spectator area

- competition area, limited by a signal tape.

In order to widely attract amateurs to participate in this event, events were organized to promote the competition (through social networks), as a result of which more than 50 professionals and about 20 amateurs, as well as guests from neighboring republics of Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, on their vehicles (off-road and 4x4 off-road touring vehicles and ATVs). participation. Over 2,000 spectators also attended to watch the race.

According to the results of the competition on the AVT track (quad bikes), the Stels team took 1st place, the Tavaksay team - 2nd place, and The Best Chust team - 3rd place. In the Light category, the 1st place went to the Gygenesis team, the 2nd place to the JAZZ team, and the 3rd place to the GSS team. Also on the "Extreme" track, the 1st place was taken by the "Fortuna" team, the 2nd - "The Best chust", and the 3rd - "KIP".

The purpose of this competition is the development in the Republic of automobile and motorcycle tourism, quad bike tourism, off-road tourism (jeeping), auto tourism and family tourism, ecotourism, entrepreneurs serving tourists in the field of auto-motor tourism to study problems and proposals, express and protect rights and interests of automotor tourists visiting the country, further improvement of the country's tourist image, development of automototourism as a new direction of tourism.
