Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Etsuaki Yoshida began his work in the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

Etsuaki Yoshida was born in Japan in 1971 and began his career at the Bank of Japan, has held various senior positions at the Japan International Finance Center, the Department of Research and Statistics and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC).

Until today, Etsuaki Yoshida has served as director and chief economist for the 3 country credit department of the Credit and Evaluation and Risk Management Group of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation.

The Japanese specialist will engage in attracting foreign investment and international credit lines to implement the Modernization Program.
