Tsutomu Hiraoka worked as Ambassador of Japan to Uzbekistan during three years, Jahon news agency reported.
He said the main goal of his mission in Uzbekistan is to establish and deepen relation between Japan and Uzbekistan, including politics, economy and private sector.
“During my stay in Uzbekistan, we held many meeting and effective negotiations at the level of foreign ministers level and other official persons, exchanged opinions on various issues. I can say with assurance that today bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Japan are developing dynamically and fruitful.”
Envoy underlined that his mission to Uzbekistan was fruitful both in official and private plan. He added that he visited many areas of Uzbekistan and familiarized with unique historic sites and enjoyed great nature.
Tsutomu Hiraoka added that he felt friendly support of the Uzbek side. He expressed gratitude to all official and private persons of Uzbekistan and wish strong health, happiness and well-being to people of Uzbekistan. Japanese diplomat said that he will do his best to further expanding bilateral relations.
