During the meeting, the Uzbek side presented information on the activity of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan and measures, undertaken by the Government of Uzbekistan, to decrease presence of the state in management of economy and improve role of the private sector in economic development of the country.

The State Property Committee said Japanese side was interested in the activity Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange, procedures connected with purchase of raw materials, procedures with obtaining of loans, registration of small and medium business, liability on accepted investment obligations, purchase of object on zero redemption price and others.

The Uzbek body said the Japanese side received detailed information on all their questions.
