Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Uzbekistan Tsutomu Hiraoka, on behalf of the Government of Japan, and Rustam Kasimov, Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, attended the signing ceremony of the Exchange of Notes of the project.

The Government of Japan expects that the implementation of this project will contribute to the promotion of extracurricular education and cultural activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Tsutomu Hiraoka at the ceremony said: "I am sure that cooperation in the filed of culture and art will become a strong bridge for further deepening of friendly relations, mutual understanding between Japan and Uzbekistan, between people of our countries. I wholeheartedly wish Youth Theatre of Uzbekistan success and further development".
