Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan and Russia are discussing plans for the development and creation of joint industrial sites.

Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khojaev and Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a video conference on the development and creation of joint technology parks and industrial sites in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, attention was paid to supporting the existing technology parks “Chirchik” and “Jizzakh”, as well as the creation of an industrial park in the Navoi FEZ and an industrial park in the Bukhara region.

Among the interested Uzbek sites are the Alabuga SEZ, Master KIP, Khimgrad technopolis and others.
