The company said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market in Tashkent registered the emission of shares of Jahon Leasing OJSC.

Within the emission, the company will issue 2.351 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 2.351 billion soums.

The company added that the shares will be placed on closed subscription among founders. Open joint stock commercial bank Samarkand will buy 2.3 million ordinary shares and Jahongir Tadjiev – 51,000 shares.
