A group of IUT students created their own startup called Fizmasoft. The leader of the startup Sherzodbek Tojimahammatov noted that the startup was founded in 2015. Currently, the team unites 10 developers and several other specialists.

The main purpose of the startup is to develop web, mobile and desktop software, as well as hardware, Tojimahammatov said. He noted that Fizmasoft has already developed and announced several interesting projects.

One of such promising projects is software FaceCon Access Control. The system allows to control door entry using face recognition. The present accuracy rate of recognition is 99.9%.

Another ambitious project FCrypte II allows users to compress data and encrypt it to ensure privacy. Next product of the team is USB-Guard, which helps protect software and games through the use of special USB-key.

Fizmasoft also developed an app for mobile devices named Mobile Control, with the help of which customers can control the use of mobile devices by their children.

IUT student Sherzodbek Tojimahammatov said that some of these projects received official releases and are successfully introduced in the work of some enterprises and organizations. He added that Fizmasoft will continue to improve its existing products and will develop new ones.

The director of the Center for Innovations and Industrial Cooperation under Inha University in Tashkent Mr. Sandjar Saidkhodjaev said: “The startup Fizmasoft is a good example for all our students. The university has made all conditions available for young people to be creative. What they should do is study hard and realize their own knowledge and ideas through the development of innovative products. Many gifted students are studying at IUT and they should think of realizing their potential already today.”
