Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of a business visit to South Korea, IT Park and KIIIC signed a memorandum of partnership in the realm of IT and BPO development. The primary objective of this collaboration is to elevate Uzbekistan's visibility as a Central Asian IT hub and to attract Korean IT companies to Uzbekistan for office establishment and IT and business process outsourcing.
According to the memorandum, IT Park and KIIIC will execute collaborative projects aimed at expanding the BPO sector in Uzbekistan. Notably, experts from leading companies and organizations in the Republic of Korea will impart their insights into fostering conducive environments for the BPO sphere and will facilitate the attraction of major IT companies to Uzbekistan.
Consequently, this memorandum serves as a catalyst for intensified collaboration between major enterprises from both nations, ushering in a plethora of new prospects within the IT domain. Such endeavors stand to fortify the technological infrastructure of our nation while augmenting awareness regarding Uzbekistan's favorable programs and incentives tailored for IT companies and adept professionals.
Mahliyo Muksinova, Director of Export Services Development, conveyed gratitude to Ok-Rae Chong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KIIIC, for the active support in bolstering the visibility of Uzbekistan's IT potential and the opportunities aimed at fortifying the technological landscape of our economy. In particular, Ok-Rae Chong expressed interest in the dynamic growth of Uzbekistan's IT and BPO sectors.
In the near future, delegates from KIIIC plan to journey to Uzbekistan to commence the operational phase of the agreements reached.
