Denis Istomin clinched a victory over Tursunov in three sets - 6:7 (8), 6:0 and 6:3. The match lasted two hours and four minutes.

During the match Uzbek ace recorded five break points, 19 aces and two double faults.

In his turn, Tursunov had one break point, eight aces and 14 double faults in the match.

This is the fourth meeting between two players in 2014 and Istomin won last three of them. Last time, Istomin beat Russian in Montpellier, France.

Now, Istomin will face world number one Rafael Nadal in the third round.
