Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tennis players of Uzbekistan could not reach semifinals of SAP Open in San Jose (USA) and PTT Pattaya Open in Thailand.

Uzbekistan number one Akgul Amanmuradova lost to Daniela Hantugova of Slovakia in quarterfinals of PTT Pattaya Open in straight sets 6:2 and 6:0.

World number 49 and Uzbekistan’s top tennis player Denis Istomin failed to defeat Spaniard Fernando Verdasco in quarterfinals of SAP Open in San Jose.

Istomin lost to number one seed Verdasco in straight sets with the same score 6:4 and 6:4.
