Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In cooperation with the flying club “Global Media Ballooning”, based in Kazan, the possibility of holding a hot air balloon festival in Uzbekistan is being considered.

On 7 December, First Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Committee Jamshid Abdusalamov met with the head of the international flying club Andrey Ermolaev. As part of the joint work, discussions were held on organizing international events.

During the meeting, it was noted that currently the interest and demand for hot air balloon flights is growing sharply around the world.

In addition, the need to increase the number of specialists in the field of organizing balloon flights was emphasized. Based on this, the parties discussed strengthening cooperation with the “Global Media ballooning” flying club for the development of this area.
