In his message, Uzbek leader said: “I am sure that traditionally friendly and partnership relations between our people will strengthen further with joint efforts and aspirations for interests of two states.”

Congratulating Indian Prime Minister, Islam Karimov expressed his assurance that negotiations within the state visit of Uzbek President to India in May 2011 and signed documents will help for further developing mutual beneficial relations and lifting them to strategic partnership.
