Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Iran has praised the signing of a historic three-party agreement on the demarcation of the meeting point of the state borders of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the adoption of the Joint Declaration by the heads of these countries and the official opening of the Friendship Stele. This was stated by an official representative of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ismail Bagayi, according to a report by the Dunyo News Agency.

In his statement, the Iranian Foreign Ministry representative emphasized that the agreement is an important step in strengthening mutual respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Central Asian countries, as well as contributing to further ensuring peace and stability in the region.
