The loan portfolio of the bank made up 573.7 billion soums, including long-term loans for 330.5 billion soums. The bank issued 259.1 billion soums to industry modernization, 14.1 billion to develop construction industry and 10.4 billion soums to support agriculture.

The bank issued mortgage loans to 4,960 families for total sum of 113.8 billion soums. In 2009, the bank issued mortgage loans to purchase houses for 35.5 billion soums, of which 84% or 29.8 billion soums were issued to young families.

Due to foreign investments, own resources and support of the Uzbekistani government, Ipoteka Bank issued loans in hard currency for US$262.1 million soums.
