The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of corporate bonds of the bank on 6 December 2012.

Within the emission, Ipoteka Bank will float 500 corporate bonds with nominal value of 10 million soums each. Total sum of the issue makes up 5 billion soums.

The maturity term of the bonds is 1,820 days. Coupons will be paid each quarter. The interest rate is equal to refinancing rate of Central Bank of Uzbekistan (currently 12% APR) minus one percent.
