The Center for coordinating and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the issues, the bank will place 62,326,240 ordinary and 2 million preferential shares with nominal value of 1,700 soums each.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders of the bank through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,360 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,700 soums.

The bank said that the part of shares for 87.484 billion soums were paid on par value and other part for 21.871 billion soums will be paid due to net income of the bank for 2011.
