Ipoteka Bank places shares for 15.293 bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ipoteka Bank open joint stock mortgage commercial bank registered the fifth emission of shares for total sum of 15.293 billion soums, the bank said in a statement.

In line with prospectus of emission, the bank will issue 15 293 261 shares with par value of 1,000 soums each. Total emission sum is 15 293 261 000 soums.

The company will place shares through open subscription via Uzbek Stock Exchange (UzSE) within a year. The shares will be placed on market places, but not less than par value.

At the same time, the bank held a competition among investment mediators on placement of shares at the IPO market of the UzSE.
