Ipoteka Bank increases charter capital to 138.3bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock mortgage bank “Ipoteka Bank” is increasing its charter capital to 138.301 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of the emission of the bank.
Within the emission, Ipoteka Bank placed 62,326,240 ordinary and 2 million preferential shares with nominal value of 2,100 each. Total volume of the issue is over 138.301 billion soums.
The shares were placed on closed subscription among the shareholders through replacement of old shares with nominal value of 1,700 soums to new ones with par value of 2,100 soums.
According to the website of the bank, largest shareholders are Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan (23.63%), UzGazOil (25%), Inter Invest Trust (13.43%) and Zamon Savdo Plus (13.43%).
