The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a decision on new issue of shares of Ipoteka Bank.

Within the emission, the bank will place 62326240 ordinary and 2 million preferential stocks with the cost of 3,578 soums each.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription via replacement of old shares with lesser par value to new shares with higher nominal value.

According to the decision on the emission, the par value of stocks will grow by 756 soums – from 2,822 soums to 3,578 soums per share.

In the result, the charter capital of the bank will increase by 48.63 billion soums to 230.159 billion soums.
