The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered emission of the corporate bonds of the Ipak Yuli Bank.

In line with the emission, Ipak Yuli Bank will emit 5,000 corporate bonds with par value of 1 million soums each. Total volume of the emission makes up 5 billion soums.

The circulation term of the bonds is 1,825 days. The bank will pay coupons quarterly as interest from par value of the bond based on refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (14% APR).
