Ipak Yoli Bank to place shares for 8.4bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock innovative commercial bank “Ipak Yoli” will issue shares for 8.4 billion soums, the bank said in a statement.
The Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank on 17 July 2012.
According to the prospectus of emission, the bank will float 84 million shares with par value of 100 soums each.
The shares will be placed on open subscription. The bank plans to place at least 25% of shares via Uzbekistan Stock Exchange.
Currently, charter capital of the Ipak Yoli Bank makes up 33.6 billion soums. Earlier, the bank placed 355.94 million ordinary shares and 60,000 preferential shares with nominal value of 100 soums.
