Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Agency for State Asset Management of Uzbekistan has initiated an open process for the sale of 100% stakes in two hotels located in Khiva (Khorezm region).

Investors have the opportunity to acquire 100% stakes in the following establishments: LLC "Khiva Plaza" (Farovon Khiva Hotel) and LLC "Khiva Lokomotiv" (Khiva Lokomotiv Hotel).

The company RSM Uzbekistan has been selected as the consultant for the privatization of these assets.

LLC "Khiva Plaza" (Farovon Khiva Hotel) is the only international-standard hotel in the region. It is located 3 km from "Ichan Kala." The total area of the land plot is 2.72 hectares, and the area of buildings and structures is 8,773 square meters. The hotel has 106 rooms, as well as 12 multifunctional conference halls accommodating 700 people, a banquet hall, four restaurants, a sauna, and a swimming pool.

LLC "Khiva Lokomotiv" (Khiva Lokomotiv Hotel) is situated in the cultural and historical center of the city, just 1 km from "Ichan Kala." The total area of the land plot is 0.77 hectares, and the area of buildings and structures is 3,504 square meters. The hotel offers 78 rooms.

The process of asset realization will take place through a public invitation to negotiate, open to all interested parties.

The sale will occur in two stages: the first stage involves expressing interest (Expression of Interest), and the second stage involves collecting binding offers (Binding Offers).

Applications for expressing interest will be accepted for each asset until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 31 October 2024.
