The business forum was initiated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Istanbul. It was attended by businesses of France, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, and other, Jahon news agency reported.

Participants discussed issues of developing cooperation in energy, agriculture, processing and packaging food, cotton processing and textile industry, etc.

During the event, the delegation presented documental film on investment opportunities in Uzbekistan and Navoi free industrial and economic zone, as well as perspectives directions of cooperation.

The Uzbek delegation also held meetings and negotiations with the foreign partners. The delegation established contacts and perspective partnership relations with French companies. The sides achieved agreement one export of Uzbek agriculture and chemical products, purchase of European equipment.

The report said the delegation of Uzbekistan signed several contracts after the negotiations.
