Industrialists’ Forum was organized in order stimulate production of competitive export-oriented and import-replacement products, strengthening inter-industrial and intra-industrial cooperation, including collaboration of small businesses and large enterprises of Uzbekistan.

In autumn stage of the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation exchange will participate over 600 local and foreign companies. Participants will discuss potential of local and foreign producers, goods and services, as well as products, production of which will start in 2011.

Uzbekistan Industrialists’ Forum now has international status and hundreds of foreign firms will participate at the exhibition. The Uzbek goods producers held negotiations with foreign partners, set commercial relations.

Regional and industrial fairs were held in May-July 2010, and over 1,300 enterprises participated at the exhibition.

In the first stage of the forum, over 2,500 agreements on supply of goods, spare parts and materials in 2010 and 2011 were inked. The sum of contracts exceeded 1 trillion soums. The export agreements, signed within the forum, made up US$14 million. Over 29,000 people participated at the International Industrial Fair and Cooperation exchange.
