International competition International Robotics Challenge 2021 starts

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- International Robotics Challenge 2021 international competition and an exhibition of projects of children of the Turkic world countries have started in the innovative educational and production technopark Inno.

The event is attended by representatives from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkey, Tajikistan and other countries. The International Robotics Challenge 2021 and the 5th Festival of Knowledge and Culture of the Children of the Turkic World are held as part of the International Week of Innovative Ideas "InnoWeek.Uz-2021".

The Minister of Innovative Development Ibrokhim Abdurakhmanov at the opening greeted the participants of the event in Uzbek and English and stressed that such events are becoming a good platform for the exchange of experience and collaboration of promising ideas. Young talents are the power of the future, he said. The Minister wished all the participants success in realizing their ideas and reaching new heights in the future.

Representatives of Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, as well as heads of universities of Uzbekistan spoke at the event. One of the participants from the Russian delegation also wished the young talent success and shared his point of view on the Week and cooperation with domestic companies.

- Earlier we saw the exposition "InnoWeek.Uz-2021". We saw a lot of engineering companies that are developing, a lot of new technologies. This is interesting for us, because in order to create something innovative, you need equipment, and we just offer it, - says the representative of Kuka Robotiks (Russia), head of business development Vadim Ippolitov. - The headquarters of Kuka Robotiks is located in Germany, production is also in this country, in large countries we have our representations. At "InnoWeek.Uz-2021". we present a stand together with the technopark of Uzbekistan, where they use our robots in their production. Our robots can be used in the automotive industry, as well as in the pharmaceutical, food industry and others. After all, a robot is a tool with which you can develop any idea. We started cooperation with companies from Uzbekistan in 2019. A fairly large number of industrial robots have already been delivered on the territory of the country, it is good that engineering companies appear that are beginning to develop precisely in the field of robotics. We are cooperating, including with the Ministry of Innovation, in the field of education for schoolchildren, who could learn more about robotics from an early age. We are visiting InnoWeek.Uz-2021 for the first time and would be happy to participate in the following similar events.

The exposition of the International Robotics Challenge 2021 included the works of young talents from a number of foreign countries. At the exhibition, one could see the development of the guys, on which they work together with the teachers.

A ninth grade student from Azerbaijan, who, as part of a delegation from this country, brought a development for the space industry, spoke about his project. According to the young technician, this ship can go long distances into space and even fly to some planets.

“In translation from Azerbaijani, the name of this rocket is translated as “The Way to Victory,” says student Imran Nasibov. - On it you can not only fly to a certain point, but also live in peace for several decades due to the conditions created in this rocket. The rocket has a main module, which is lifted into space, then a new space is created with the help of additional elements. There are also capsules in development where people should live and a special device that provides artificial gravity, so passengers can feel like on Earth. Also, the rocket can grow plants and thereby ensure food security.

A representative from Kyrgyzstan, Ulanbek Abdykulov, said that he was taking part in this event for the first time. The delegate of the neighboring republic of Uzbekistan, together with other like-minded people, presents a modern variation of the historical game Toguz korgool, which is also called "Kyrgyz chess". However, before it was played by representatives of several Central Asian countries at once, and this logic game has a chance to take its place again along with other interactive applications in the digital space.

The International Robotics Challenge 2021 runs until 26 November. On this day, the winners of the international competition will be awarded.
