The organizers of the event are Uzbekistan Art Academy, Fund Forum, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan.

The organizers said that number of participants and sent works increased compared to previous years. Over 3,000 painting s will be demonstrated at the exhibition.

The authors of the paintings are from Kazakhstan, China, Belgium, America, Russia, Malaysia, Latvia, India, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Austria, Singapore, France, Uzbekistan, etc. The age of participants is between five and 15.

Paintings of children from 27 countries are taking part in competition. The winners will be announced in such nominations as “World of childhood”, “My Motherland”, “World, in which I live”, “My dream” and “Uzbekistan, which I know”.

Main prize of biennale – Grand Prix – will be handed over in closing ceremony on 15 December 2012.
