The Academy was created within the memorandum, signed by Samsung Electronics, Ecologic Movement of Uzbekistan and the Tashkent Professional College of Information Technologies on 6 June 2015.

The Innovative Service Academy of Samsung is a strategic social project of Samsung Electronics, directed at providing additional education to students of colleges.

Samsung Academy is a complex, which consists of auditorium, two labs and other premises, equipped with Samsung tools. The college students will undergo training here and at the end of the courses will receive Samsung certificates.

The project pays great attention to improving skills of teachers. New educational module was prepared for them.

Head of Uzbekistan office of Samsung Electronics Central Eurasia Ming Shing Wong said that Samsung realizes similar projects in many countries. He expressed hope that new center will improve skills of the Uzbek youth and their professional growth.
