Innotech Group and OCTO sign a strategic partnership agreement

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the week of information and communication technologies "ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2022", Innotech Group, a high-tech fast-growing IT company, together with OCTO IT company, signed an agreement on strategic partnership in the implementation of digitalization projects and automation of business processes.

Innotech and OCTO will implement joint projects in the field of technology, innovation and commercial activities in Uzbekistan.

The economy of Uzbekistan is now in the stage of active development: in 2021, GDP growth exceeded 7%. Against this background, the IT sector is actively developing: investments in fixed assets in it, according to the Center for Economic Research and Reforms, have grown 4 times over 4 years. The direction of IT in the region is one of the drivers of the economy, and has recently become a center for attracting additional investments. The attractiveness of the local market is growing, including for international IT players focused on export opportunities. According to experts, 22 million people use remote payment services in Uzbekistan. Thus, fintech and related areas are one of the most promising areas in the region.
