InFinBank to raise charter capital up to 60bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Private joint stock commercial bank Invest Finance Bank will increase its charter capital by 40 billion soums, the press service of the bank said.
The Center for coordination and control over functioning of the securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission for 40 billion soums.
Within the emission, the bank will float 40 million shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums.
Currently, the charter capital of InFinBank makes up 20 billion soums, which consists of 20 million shares with par value of 1,000 soums. In the result of the placement, the charter capital will reach 60 billion soums.
