According to the bank, the shareholders will receive 457 soums of dividends per ordinary share for 2011.

Shareholders said that Invest Finance Bank will pay 128 soums per ordinary share for the first quarter of 2012.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 13 million, the bank said.

According to the bank, Invest Finance Bank will direct 1.586 billion soums to payment of dividends. The bank will direct 335.97 million to form reserve fund and 335.97 million soums to form remuneration fund.

Shareholders undistributed part of net income for 2011 at the size of 11.465 million soums and for the first quarter of 2012 – 817,180 soums.
