According to the bank, shareholders directed 489.945 million soums to pay dividends for 2010. The bank also allocated 250.552 million soums in reserve fund and the same sum to the Remuneration and Bonuses Fund.

InFinBank will pay 390.5 soums per share with par value of 1,000 soums in 2010. At the same time, the dividends will be paid taking into account with interim dividends in the second and third quarter of 2010.

Shareholders also adopted decision on payment of dividends at the size of 106.5 soums per ordinary share for the first quarter of 2011.
