General shareholders’ meeting of InFinBank adopted a decision to increase announced charter capital up to 20 billion soums.

At the same time, the bank formed charter capital at the size of 13 billion soums, which consists of 13 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

Shareholders of the bank approved floatation of 7 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums each. The shares will be placed on open subscription.

Invest Finance Bank private open joint stock commercial bank carries out its activity based on license of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan No 75 from 22 November 2008.

Currently, the bank’s activities are focused in Tashkent region. InFinBank functions as universal bank, offering wide-range of financial services to businesses and individuals.
