Individuals, legal entities exempted from some taxes

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Incomes from dividends of individuals, which received through opening of micro firms and small businesses are exempted from income tax for five years, in line with the presidential decree “On forecast of main macroeconomic figures and parameters of the State Budget of Uzbekistan for 2009".

The document said incomes of legal entities directed to capitalization, investment and accounts on received credits are exempted from income tax for five years.

Finance Ministry, Economy Ministry and State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan were exempted till the end of January develop and approve order on use of these privileges.
