Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Havo Yollari (Uzbekistan Airways) said its Il-76 aircraft fleet marked its 20th anniversary at the end of 2009. The company said during 20 years, Il-76 aircrafts carried out flights from Uzbekistan to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the Czech Republic, Germany, China, India, Korea, Turkey, Pakistan, Russia and other states of the CIS. The aircrafts transported over hundred thousand tonnes of freight, carrying out over 10,000 flights. Overall, the flight time made up 100,000 hours, the company said. Specialists of Uzbekistan Airways Technics learnt to repair and render maintenance services to Il-76 planes, including repairing radio-electronic equipment.
