The event is taking in format of plenary session and aimed at summing up development of information technologies and communications in 2016, discussing strategic tasks of the industry.

The summit participants will consider issues of developing E-government, information security, software market development, information resources, etc.

About 300 representatives of companies and specialists from Korea, China, France, Russia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine are attending the event.
