ICTExpo 2010 to be held in three Uzbek cities
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Annual Exhibition of Information Technologies ICTExpo 2010 is to be held simultaneously in Tashkent, Karshi and Namangan on 22-24 September 2010 within the framework of the Week of Information-Communication Technologies INFOCOM 2010.

The exhibition is organized under official support of the Agency of Communication and Informatization of Uzbekistan and the Committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for information and communication technologies.

“The idea to hold the exhibition simultaneously in three towns is dictated by an aspiration to show increased level of entering information technologies in the region. A video-bridge, which is to be arranged during the work of the exhibition, is to allow visitors to be familiar with exponents of the both exhibitions,” the organizers said. “The exhibition ICTExpo 2010 will serve for significant contribution to cooperation, will attach new impulse to developing mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies and establishing firm business contacts.”

Leading companies of the IT-market of Uzbekistan is to take part in the exhibition. Over 150 companies-participants in the exhibition will demonstrate newest advanced facilities in the field of information technologies, will present wide specter of original services and solutions. Alongside with local companies, representatives from Russia, Ukraine, China, Austria, Germany, Korea, Hungary and others will take part in the exhibition.

The programme of the exhibition is wide and various and includes wide range of educational seminars, round-tables, as well as entertainment events.

It is expected that during three days about 35,000 people will attend the exhibition.
