The conference was organized to implement tasks, determined by the presidential decree “On measures on further improving training cadres in sphere of public governance”.

The event discussed formation of national system of information, mass introduction and use of information technologies in public and state management, etc.

The participants discussed opportunities on satisfying need of population in information and expanding to connecting to global information resources, as well as determining main perspective tasks on use of ICT in management.

At the conference, the participants discussed issues on forming electronic commerce, problems of distance education, etc.
