Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The International Boxing Association (IBA) will provide special financial support from the Organization’s fund to the winners and medalists of the Paris 2014 Summer Olympic Games. This was stated by IBA President Umar Kremlev.

Each gold medal will be awarded US$100,000. Of this amount, the athlete will receive US$50,000, his National Federation will receive US$25,000, and the coach will receive US$25,000.

A silver medal will be awarded a prize of US$50,000, of which the athlete will receive US$25,000 and the remaining US$25,000 will be split evenly between the coach and the National Federation.

For a bronze medal, US$25,000 will be provided, of which 12.5 thousand will go to the athlete. The remaining 50 percent is divided between the coach and the Federation, as in the previous distribution.

In addition, even athletes who make it to the quarterfinals will receive US$10,000.
