Hungarian envoy arrived in Uzbekistan to hold meetings and negotiations at the ministries and departments of the Central Asian nation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that the sides considered practical issues of implementation of joint documents, adopted during the Uzbek-Hungarian meeting in high level in Tashkent in November 2011.
At the meetings the sides expressed mutual interest in further developing bilateral relations in politics, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres, boost contacts in various levels.
Creation of MPs Group “Hungary-Uzbekistan” is considered as important step in deepening inter-parliamentary cooperation between two states.
The sides expressed interest in establishing mutual beneficial cooperation among business circles of Uzbekistan and Hungary to expand bilateral trade, implement bilateral investment projects in such sectors of economy as construction, processing of agriculture sector, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, textile, electronics, and machinery.
During the meeting, the sides also exchanged opinion on international and regional issues.
