Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The National Interbank Processing Center (NIPC), operator of the Humo payment system, has once again undergone top-level personnel changes.

According to the Unified Corporate Information Portal, the contract with Chairman of the Board Alexey Maksimov was terminated prematurely just 2.5 months after his appointment.

Following a decision by the Supervisory Board on May 20, Maksadzhon Mukhtdinov, who previously served as the First Deputy Chairman, has been temporarily assigned the duties of the Chairman. His responsibilities include defining the economic and technical development policies of Humo in line with market principles.

There were also changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board: the powers of its member Shukhratbek Kurbanov, who headed the NIPC for over six years, were terminated early. He has been replaced by Anvar Isamukhamedov, CEO of Paynet, who has also been added to the center’s affiliated persons list.
