Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Experts from the Institute for Macroeconomic and Regional Studies on the olx platform for the II quarter of 2023 grouped proposed housing prices by region (115 regions). 

For the II quarter, 432,893 pieces of information were collected for the indicated regions, and they are presented in the form of an interactive web page.

By region, in the second quarter of 2023, prices per square meter of housing are divided into 10 groups. The cheapest regions are included in the first group (at US$390 per square meter), the most expensive - in the tenth (in this group, prices were observed up to US$1251.69 per square meter of housing). Each group expresses a price range of US$86.15.

During the second quarter of 2023, the city of Tashkent had the highest average price among the regions – US$1251.69 and was in the 10th highest group in terms of price segmentation. The city of Samarkand (US$753.03 per square meter) entered the 6th group in terms of the price segment. 

The 2nd group included Namangan, Jizzakh, Surkhandarya, Bukhara, Ferghana, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya and Khorezm regions with lower average prices. The lowest price in the republic was observed in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
