Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to preliminary data from the Statistics Agency, in January-October 2023, 659,900 foreign citizens entered the Republic of Uzbekistan for the purpose of recreation and leisure.

Most foreign citizens entered the Republic of Uzbekistan from:

Russia – 205,600 people;

Kazakhstan – 52,700 people

Tajikistan – 32,400 people;

Turkey – 32,000 people;

Kyrgyzstan – 32,000 people;

China – 29,700 people;

Turkmenistan – 25,700 people;

India – 22,700 people;

Germany – 21,300 people;

Italy – 20,600 people.
