Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a law amending the country’s Tax Code.

According to the new law, new incentive measures are being introduced for entrepreneurs with a high sustainability rating.

For these businesses, any excess tax payments (excluding VAT) will be refunded within three working days.

Additionally, entrepreneurs with an "AAA" rating will be exempt from tax audits, except in cases related to criminal investigations. VAT refunds for this category of entrepreneurs will be processed within one day, without the need for preliminary checks.
