According to the decision of shareholders, the bank directed 2.1 billion soums to increase charter capital through increasing par value of shares via capitalization of undistributed income of 2010 and net income of nine months of 2011.

In particular, Hi-Tech Bank will direct 388.475 million soums of undistributed income for 2010 and 1.711 billion soums of net income for nine months of 2011 to increase charter capital.

In connection with the increasing of the charter capital of the bank for 2.1 billion soums, the shareholders approved the charter capital at the size of 14.1 billion soums.

At the same time, the shareholders of the bank approved the par value of share at the size of 1,175 soums each, the bank added.
