Extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Hi-Tech Bank distributed net income of the bank for 2010 at the size of 388.475 million soums and for nine months of 2011 at the size of 2.006 billion soums.

In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 2.1 billion soums to increasing charter capital through raising par value of shares.

The shareholders kept other part of net income for 294.67 million soums as undistributed, the bank said.
