Hi-Tech Bank to increase charter capital up to 18.78bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private joint stock commercial bank Hi-Tech Bank will increase its charter capital from 17.256 billion soums to 18.78 billion soums.

The bank’s stakeholders adopted decision on distribution of net income for the first half of 2015 based on international standards of financial reporting. The bank did not disclose the sum of net income for the first half of 2015.

The shareholders directed 5.44% of net income to reserve fund and 94.56% - to increase the charter capital of the bank.

The bank will direct 1.5423 billion soums of net income for the first six months of 2015 to increase its charter capital. In the result, the charter capital of the bank will reach 18.78 billion soums.

The charter capital will be increased due to growth of par value of shares from 1,438 soums to 1,565 soums.

The shareholders of the bank entrusted management to issue 12 million shares with par value of 1,565 soums for 18.78 billion soums.
