The shareholders of the bank adopted decision on increasing charter capital from 17.028 billion soums to 17.256 billion soums.

The charter capital will be increased due to raising par value of stocks from 1,419 soums to 1,438 soums via capitalization of undistributed income of the bank for 2013 at the size of 228 million soums.

Hi-Tech Bank will issue 12,000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,438 soums for total sum of 17.256 billion soums.
