Hi-Tech Bank starts operations with Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer system
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Five branches of Hi-Tech Bank private closed joint stock commercial bank in Tashkent started to issue remittances within the Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer system.

Shahla Kasimova, deputy director of the system on development in the CIS, said that Hi-Tech Bank is relatively young bank, but it is actively develop money transfer system. He said the bank plans to launch sending of remittances with Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer system.

Share of Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer system in total volume of remittances from Russia to Uzbekistan exceeded 26% in 2010.

Uzbekistan is leader on the volume of money transfers from Russia and the country is the priority directions of business development in 2011, she said. Kasimova said that the system will attract new partners in Uzbekistan and the CIS as a whole.

Currently, Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer system has over 560 points in Uzbekistan. Now, twelve Uzbek bank render Zolotaya Korona – Money Transfer system services.
