Hi-Tech Bank places the first emission of shares
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Hi-Tech Bank private closed joint stock commercial bank registered the first emission of shares for 5.25 billion soums.

In line with the emission, the bank will place 5.25 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The bank said it will place shares of the emission among its shareholders. In particular, the bank will sell 49% of shares among legal persons and 51% - among individuals.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan issued license to Hi-Tech Bank closed joint stock commercial bank in January 2010. The announced charter capital of the bank makes up 5.25 billion soums.

Priority directions of Hi-Tech Bank’s activities are to assist deepening social-economic reforms, financing projects of small and private businesses, as well as stimulating formation of new class of proprietors in Uzbekistan.
